Words from the WORD to Bless Mom
Bless mom and grandma on Mother’s Day with a special verse from God’s Word, the Bible. A handmade card from a child is a keepsake gift. Construction paper, stickers, kid art, and even glitter (if you’re up for the mess) make cards personal. Use a concordance to find a verse or use one of the verses provided in this post. 1 Corinthians 13 is a great place to start, The Love Chapter. Express your love with words from God’s book of love!
Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. “Honor your father and mother”, which is the first commandment with a promise, so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth. Ephesians 6:1-3
